"TaxJar has moved to a self service model which made our renewal process very difficult. We weren't able to connect with an account rep directly and communicated with them through their CS ticketing instance/email alias. It was a battle to get their SOC2 for our security compliance requirements. Things like auto renewal have to be adjusted in the portal.
